Backing finishes refer to the color or style of the acrylic board. These options allow you to tailor the appearance of your sign further:

• Clear: Transparent backing for a seamless, floating effect.

• White: A clean, classic look that enhances visibility.

• Black: Bold and modern, ideal for high contrast.

• Mirror (Gold/Silver): Adds a reflective, luxurious finish.

• UV Printed: Custom printed designs, patterns, or images to match your specific branding or decor.

Yes and they look fantastic! If you go to the Get A Quote page on our website you will be able to upload an image or logo for us to provide a free mockup and quote for you.

Image Limitations:

• Please note that due to the nature and thickness of the LED neon tubes there will be a minimum size requirement for some images or logos. Simplicity in image shapes is also important and will provide a much more effective replication of the image or logo. Please message us if you have any questions or queries about using your logo.

Certainly! We have a vast selection of fonts on our Custom Builder to select from to match your sign perfectly to your ideas. Alternatively if you have a particular font in mind that is not in our selection please let our team know and they will be more than happy to assist.

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose:

• Standard Shipping: 14 working days from the date of your order, available for free on all orders.

• Express Production: 10 working days, where your order is prioritized in our production queue for faster delivery.

We ship using reliable carriers like DHL, Parcel Force, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Orders shipped to the UK do not incur import fees. However, international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery, depending on the destination country and local government regulations. All Neon Signs will come with an acrylic backboard with pre-drilled holes and screws for safe and easy installation. If you do not want your sign to be fixed or wall mounted then let us know on enquiry and we can offer you some alternative solutions such as hanging or standing.

Every design is different. Our signs are priced up based on how much material is used to create your sign. The more complex the design, the more material used. This will increase the price. 

All of our signs are manufactured on a piece of acrylic that can be cut to shape or whole board depending on your preference. Your design is then etched into that acrylic and we begin crafting your sign using Flex LED Neon.

Yes you will! When purchasing an LED Sign from NeonSigns you will receive a Three Year Warranty. This covers you in the unlikely case that your sign becomes defective within the first 3 years from the date that you receive your sign. This does not cover any accidental damage or water damage for indoor signs.

Yes! When purchasing a Neon Sign you will receive a FREE remote that has various features. We offer a few styles of remotes which are suitable for different sizes and options.

There are many benefits of using LED Neon instead of traditional glass neon.

Safety:

First things first, LED Neon Signs offer much less of a safety risk due to its lower voltage to operate, the sign does not generate heat and the absence of glass from LED Signs makes it suitable for any environment as it is much less likely to break.

Life:

Our signs have an extremely long lifespan with approximately a 100,000 hours however they can last much longer than that. Traditional glass neon signs have a life span of approximately 10,000 hours with the neon within the glass needing to be replaced after a certain time.

Product Installation:

For the majority of LED Neon Signs, a specialist installation team will not be required as they are lightweight and built for easy installation in mind. The fragile nature of traditional glass neon means they must be handled with care and installed by a specialist team.

Cost:

LED Neon Signs are generally significantly cheaper to purchase without compromising on visual. Traditional glass neon usually has a much higher upfront cost and the fragile nature of the materials used means you might be spending more on repairs.

All of our signs are powered with a Power Transformer that plugs into the mains. Some signs may require multiple power transformers depending on the size & complexity of the design.

LED Neon Signs can last up to 100,000 hours, even if they are switched on 24 hours a day, although just like any appliance it’s recommended to have a period where it is switched off.

Our signs are environmentally friendly and power using a power transformer our signs is powered at a safer voltage than that for traditional glass neon. No heat will be generated or emitted due to the sign being led and the low voltage used to power the product.
